Bubsibrain was created by former ABC Children’s Artist Kristina Gowlland for her first son Harrison. He never stopped crying. Feeling she was doing everything wrong she started sliding down the post natal depression path. One day she picked up her guitar and started to sing, he stopped crying.
Kristina then wrote songs which helped her settle Harrison into a routine and contacted head NSW Paediatrician Dr John Eastwood to help her write songs which would also help him with his development.
The books were born a close second as Kristina also loves to draw! Black and white books to help eyes develop. She then discovered the books were also great for tummy time!
With both products now used and loved by parents, maternity hospitals and childcare centres Kristina continues to create new ways to engage and bring in the happiness!
